Clay County’s Dust Control Program makes available the application of dust control chemical on aggregate surfaced county and township roads within Clay County.

Quotes have been received for the 2025 dust season. The Contractor with the lowest price is Glacier Dust Control. The price is $1.78 per gallon for Calcium Chloride ($1.068 per foot).
How to Enroll
To enroll in the program please complete, sign and return the 2025 Clay County Dust Control Application along with payment directly to the Dust Control Supplier, as outlined in the application form, by May 7, 2025.
Residents are urged to mark their requested location with lath and keep in place throughout the dust control season to assist road maintenance personnel.
