- Stay home from work or school until your fever has ended and you are able to do daily activities.

- Use over the counter medications (no aspirin).

It is important to get your seasonal flu shot when the vaccine is available. Clay County Public Health offers influenza vaccinations at the Family Service Center. It is located at 715 11th Street N. Moorhead, MN 56560 Please call for an appointment at 218-299-7777. The cost is $56. If you have Medicare and Minnesota Medical Assistance, claims can be filed to insurance. Insurance cards are required.
