All payments must include your case number and/or social security number to ensure payment is applied to the correct case. Clay County Collections has several options to accept payment. We accept cash, checks, money orders, or credit/debit cards.
- Mail - You can mail your payment to Clay County Collections Division, 715 11th ST N Suite 102, Moorhead MN 56560.
- In Person - You can bring your payment (cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card) to our agency for a receipt.
- Phone - You can make a credit/debit card payment by phone by calling 844-272-9468 and using the Entity Code of 100866.
- Online - You can pay online by going to https://www.paylocalgov.com/ClayCounty-SocialServices/
*A percentage of the payment amount is charged for using this service. Credit and debit cards will be charged 1.95% of the payment amount. Personal Visa debit cards have a flat rate of $1.95. The minimum fee for all payment methods is $1.95
