• To receive a marriage certificate please complete the Request for Marriage Certificate (PDF) form.
• Mail the required information, along with a check or money order

Credit card* is accepted online

• Search the Minnesota Official Marriage System index (Best to search by first and last name only)
• Click on Request Copy and complete the request form.  After completing the form, click on the button to be directed to the payment site.
